American Express Card Holders: At this time we Do Not accept American Express. When checking out with Pay Pal it does display the American Express logo. We are not able to make changes to their page. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Vix'n accepts the following major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard. At this time we do not accept American Express. For over the phone orders, you may also make payment for your order with a money order made Payable to Vix'n, provide credit card info or pay by pay pal (all funds must be in US dollars).
Please be advised once order has been submitted with payment information you agree to all payment terms.
Refunds: Vix'n provides store credit Only. On the other hand, if error has been made on Vix'n behalf we will provide a refund.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the items ordered shipping date estimate 3 to 5 days. If you have any concerns please contact customer care.
Returns: Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please confirm purchase before submitting your order. Once order has been received there is no exchange or refund. We are sorry if you receive a fragrance of the product that is not your liking. (Products are made once order has been submitted).
Exception (Candles) : If candles are not burning properly. Such as, wick burns out within 45 minutes. Vix’n allows 5 days after order received to be returned. Please do not return candle due to the fragrance is not to your liking. All exchanges for candles MUST be authorized with RMA #. If there are any orders returned without RMA # the product will be discarded. (This policy may be changed without notification). Please visit www.shopvixn.com, click on contact us and send request for RMA# and provide invoice number.
For orders shipped USPS and the items are damaged they may be returned. Please do not REFUSE order if package is damaged during shipping, please leave in original packaging and contact Vix’n immediately. Inquiry must be made within 5 days from receiving your order. After 5 days, return for damage items will not be accepted. Please make sure packing slip is included with order. Please be sure to receive an RMA number to return item.

Canceled Orders: You may cancel an order within 12 hours of order placed. NO REFUND!!! A credit will be issued. However, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied. Also, if any orders are canceled after 12 hours an additional 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please send an email to customercare@shopvixn.com
Refused Orders: Orders that are refused by UPS or USPS for any reason will not be refunded in shipping charges. A credit will be issued only.
Sales Tax: Texas customers will be charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders.
Price Change: Prices are subject to change without notifications. We strive to keep the prices stable.
